Cancellation Policy
For Events: Because event attendance is limited, retainers for event spots are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person in your stead if you are no longer able to attend. For Lessons: 24-hour notice is required for cancellation. If canceling with 24+ hour notice, the lesson may be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the missed lesson. If canceling with less than 24 hours' notice, the lesson may not be rescheduled or refunded.
